Marketing can be a time and resource consuming endeavor. It can be made to be overly complex. My proven approach is to simplify - marketing is a process. It’s not a campaign. It’s not a snazzy logo or tag line. Or gimmick. 

Marketing is the process of bringing together the customer (guest) and the product (experience).

That’s it, pure and simple.
